We ask that you contact the salon/your beauty professional within 7 days of your original appointment to set up the correction.
We do not offer any monetary refunds for services provided at aura𝒷𝑒𝒶𝓊𝓉𝓎.
*We understand that hair color can be unpredictable and that not every individual's starting canvas is the same. With that being said, we take pride in our consultations and color theory knowledge and would never allow our guests to leave without delivering our absolute best.
We at aura𝒷𝑒𝒶𝓊𝓉𝓎 understand that life happens. If you wish to reschedule your appointment please contact the salon or your service provider directly 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee of all scheduled services.
2020 was tough on all of us. Due to continuing covid cases, we understand that from time to time you may be exposed or begin to experience symptoms. In the case this occurs and you need to cancel your appointment outside of our cancelation policy, you will not be charged a fee. However, in order to pre book your next appointment we require a 50% deposit for all scheduled services. We sincerely hope you understand our need for this policy as our time is valuable and we cannot fill last minute cancelations.
Continued cancelations or no-shows will require a deposit to hold your appointment at the discretion of your service provider.
We know that products are very personal and not 'one size fits all.' We offer an exchange of a lightly used product for something that might suit you better if you are finding the original product to be underwhelming.
