Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At aura we strive to provide an enjoyable experience with beautiful results every visit. If you are disappointed with your service, we hope you will return for a complimentary correction.  We ask that you contact the salon/your beauty professional within 7 days of your original appointment to set up the correction.  We do not offer any monetary refunds for services provided at aura beauty.

*We understand that hair color can be unpredictable and that not every individual's starting canvas is the same. With that being said, we take pride in our consultations and color theory knowledge and would never allow our guests to leave without delivering our absolute best.

Cancellation Policy

We at aura beauty understand that life happens. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact the salon (219-629-8348) OR your service provider directly, 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee of all scheduled services- unless deemed an emergency per your service provider’s discretion. Until this fee is paid in full, no other future appointments may be made. Continued cancellations (outside of our policy) OR no-shows to your scheduled appointment will require a 50% deposit to hold your next appointment: 50% deposit is non-refundable, but will go towards your day of services. We thank you so much for your continued support and understanding, as less than 24 hours notice allows us no time to fill your appointment slot.

Return Policy

We understand that products are very personal and not a 'one size fits all.' We offer an exchange of a lightly used product for something that might suit you better if you are finding the original product to be underwhelming. No cash/charge back refunds. ALL brushes and hair accessories, body care, teeth whitening, Elleebana, and Grande Cosmetics products are FINAL SALE.
